03 May 2013 NASA ISS On-Orbit Status

Advanced Computing Logic assisted in the development of the improved Payload Ethernet Hub Gateway (iPEHG) which on May 3rd 2013 was delivered to the International Space Station. Commander (CDR) Hadfield upgraded PEHG-2 Wednesday and PEHG-1 today by removing the legacy PEHGs and installing two new iPEHGs. The new iPEHGs have enhanced configuration capabilities over the legacy PEHGs, improved Gateway modes of operation and improved network protocols to support integration into Joint Station Joint Station LAN (JSL), faster medium rate and high rate data link, and additional accessible channels. The activation and checkout of both iPEHGs were successful. Original article can be viewed at http://spaceref.com/news/viewsr.html?pid=43960

August 18, 2015 - Breaking the 2000x Barrier

Advanced Computing Logic delivers to Keyence the makers of laser based microscopes, a key component help to break the 2000x bright field barrier currently experienced by non-Electron based microscopes. Using laser bases technology, microscopic surface sampling of organic and non-organic material be resolved at nanometer resolution. Advanced Computing Logic developed the embedded logic for Atmel FPGA used to control the VK-X series laser.
